We are seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure long‑term satisfaction and success. This role is highly focused on client engagement, onboarding, communication, and ongoing support, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, takes pride in getting the details right, and brings working knowledge of employee benefits, healthcare, or related industries to help clients navigate services confidently and effectively. This is a remote position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams. This position requires 50-75% travel, monthly.
