About The Position

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, individualized in-home instruction to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about reaching diverse families and bridging language barriers to deliver exceptional care in the Deer Park community.

Requirements

Master's Degree in ABA, or related field(REQUIRED)
Certified Board Behavior Analyst(REQUIRED)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish(REQUIRED)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in home-based settings
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools

Responsibilities

Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.
