At the Houston Area Women’s Center (HAWC), your work becomes part of a larger mission — empowering survivors of domestic and sexual violence to move forward with strength, stability, and opportunity. We’re looking for a Bilingual Case Manager – Economic Empowerment Services who is passionate about helping people overcome financial barriers and build long-term independence. In this role, your knowledge, empathy, and coaching skills will directly support survivors as they work toward economic stability, career growth, and lasting safety. Your Schedule: Full Time 100% Onsite Local Travel: 25% Three Days: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Two days: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekday off provided) Grant Funded Position Employment is contingent upon grant renewal.
