Bilingual Clinic Receptionist The Arizona Humane Society is looking for a dedicated full-time Bilingual Clinic Receptionist to join our non-profit veterinary clinic at our Nina Mason Pulliam South Mountain Campus and work Monday - Tuesday & Friday - Saturday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. A Day in the Life: As a clinic receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clinic clients and their pets. You are responsible for building relationships with clients, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed, and providing client education all while championing AHS' core values of innovation, compassion, and excellence. You will work alongside the team to ensure all customer receive an excellent experience every time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year experience in a customer service OR receptionist position.
  • Ability to speak fluently and write in English and Spanish required.
  • Requires above average clerical skills, including legible handwriting, spelling and grammar as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Windows Explorer; able to learn other software programs as necessary.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to compute, ratio and percent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the veterinary field a plus.
