About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through phone, email, and our Freshdesk ticketing system. You’ll provide professional, high‑quality service while resolving customer questions and concerns. This role is not high‑volume, but it does require strong phone skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, customer‑focused, and able to build positive rapport with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Inbound call handling
  • Customer support or call center experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
