About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our installation department. In this role, you’ll work closely with subcontracted flooring installers, assign projects, solve problems in the field, and support your team to ensure every job is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong understanding of flooring installation processes and labor management.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Assign and coordinate work orders for subcontracted flooring installers
Review job progress, troubleshoot flooring issues, and follow up on warranty items
Ensure all installer paperwork is submitted daily and payroll details are accurate
Help recruit and build relationships with local installer crews
Work closely with sales, operations, and quality assurance teams to support project success
Communicate directly with installers and customers to resolve job site concerns
