About The Position

We are a fast-paced and growing book distribution warehouse that values teamwork, safety, and efficiency. We distribute educational and commercial reading materials across the country and are looking for reliable, experienced forklift drivers to join our team. As a forklift driver, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets of books and other inventory within the warehouse. You will also assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish-speaking is required

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Organize and stack pallets of books in designated areas
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including packing, sorting, or labeling as needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
