Requirements
- Active TX General Lines Agent License
- 1-2 years of Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
- 1-2 years of Outside Sales/Marketing Experience
- Must be 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Fluency in Spanish
- Current residency in or near San Antonio, TX
- Sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making
Responsibilities
- Market in the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish relationships
- Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and offer suitable recommendations
- Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and paperwork
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions
