About The Position

The Bilingual Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships within the autism community to support access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position serves as a primary liaison between families, community partners, and internal teams while supporting outreach, intake, and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong critical-thinking skills
  • High ethical standards and a compassionate approach when working with children and families with special needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and company history to effectively communicate with prospective clients and staff
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in community outreach events to promote ABA services
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies serving individuals with autism
  • Communicate upcoming events and opportunities to internal staff for participation
  • Create and coordinate engagement activities for staff and clients
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from families via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels
  • Manage the client intake process, including collecting insurance information, verifying benefits, and following up with prospective families
  • Submit verified insurance benefits to management for billing coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule assessments with BCBAs and/or Student Analysts
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
  • Develop and maintain organizational forms and documentation (e.g., employment applications, client paperwork)
  • Assist the HR Manager with interview scheduling, interviewing, and new hire onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
