Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Experience in scheduling, administrative support, healthcare offices, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pediatric or therapy settings is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Schedule client appointments and follow-up visits
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments and general questions
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Coordinate scheduling with therapists and clinical staff
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorization processes
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team
  • Assist in creating a welcoming and organized clinic environment
  • Address client questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
