As a Bilingual Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources. This is an in person position in a professional healthcare setting where consistency, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. This role requires the ability to communicate clearly with both English and Spanish speaking patients, assisting with scheduling, patient questions, and general front desk support. This role includes a 90 day probationary period with no missed days, no late arrivals, and no early departures. Strong attendance is critical to success in this position.
