About The Position

Job Summary: The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm‘s software systems. Job Duties: Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue. Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation Other duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required
• Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required
• Displays superior verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
• Possesses superior customer service skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-drive environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals
• Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information
• Excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
