About The Position

This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers’ invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. He/she performs other tasks as necessary. Job Description Assist with internal billing functions Support Regional Director and Branch Manager Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes. Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
  • Strong Excel skills required; candidates will be tested.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, working across multiple time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics experience preferred but not required.
