About The Position

As a Billing Manager, you will serve as a key financial partner supporting revenue billing activities for multiple business divisions. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled billing. Your work will help Fiserv achieve its financial objectives, support audits, and enhance client satisfaction through precise execution and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of billing or revenue cycle experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyze data and prepare management-ready outputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

  • Proven communicator with a talent for building rapport and working seamlessly with cross‑functional teams
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle, or other ERP system
  • Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Copilot

Responsibilities

  • Participating in training activity, provide guidance and review the work performed by the analysts to ensure revenue transactions are processed timely and accurately in accordance with policies.
  • Own end-to-end billing activities including gathering information, validating data, creating client invoices, and coordinating distribution to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze billing trends and variances, identify issues and risks, and communicate findings and recommendations to finance and business partners.
  • Support month-end close activities by preparing and reviewing billing entries, reconciliations, and related schedules.
  • Participate in annual audit and quarterly review requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Enhance efficiencies in billing workflows by leveraging financial systems, tools, and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare quantitative analysis and provide qualitative business judgment to inform decisions for stakeholders across business units.
