About The Position

Manage the daily operations for billing, collecting and/or counseling functions. Assist with developing goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and initiatives. Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Revenue Cycle back end experience preferred
  • 3 years of Billing Managerment experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills strongly desired
  • Flexible full time work week, hours between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
