About The Position

Responsible for safely cleaning and sanitizing processing rooms and equipment while adhering to all Food Safety, USDA, and workplace Safety policies and procedures. Performs self-inspections (pre-operational checks) to prepare for Quality Assurance and USDA inspections.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work with chemicals and fumes; required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn at all times while performing assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in wet, hot, humid, and cold environments, as required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Understanding and alignment with the Company’s philosophy and values is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all bins and trays using high-pressure hoses and approved chemical applications.
• Ensure all bins and trays meet USDA sanitation standards.
• Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Operate and monitor tray wash machines to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.
