About The Position

Prisma Graphic is seeking a Finishing Operator to join our production team. Primary responsibility is operating MBO, Stahl folder and Rollem folders. Operator may also assist with cutting, glue-folding, stitching and other finishing equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-year experience working at a commercial printer preferred
• Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, government regulations and general trade periodicals.
• Also, you must have the ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from employees and management.
• The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch.
• The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Perform all assigned duties in a timely manner
• Self-motivated with a proactive work style
• Maintain expected quality standards
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with employees and management
• Ability to interpret information quickly and react to emergency situations
• Cooperation and willingness to help others accomplish their objectives
