About The Position

Amentum has a new and exciting opportunity for a Biometrics Intelligence Analyst in our Intelligence and Cyber Group in McLean, VA. This contract provides and sustains counterterrorism awareness for NCTC and the CT community. Analysts research, draft, coordinate, and edit articles for publication; identify IC collection gaps and evaluate solutions; conduct intelligence analysis and integration for the IC; complete screening, vetting, and watchlisting; and provide analytic and mission support. Work Schedule: flexible schedule with 80 hours per pay period

Requirements

  • Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree + a minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
  • Experience working with biometric systems.
  • Experience performing biometric analysis.
  • Experience analyzing IC data.
  • Organization skills with strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations.
  • Experience with biometric and analytical tools and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Providing biometrics-enabled identity analysis
  • Performing extensive searches in variety of biometric systems or repositories (internal or external systems) to formulate an identity resolution/adjudication analysis
  • Analyzing and interpreting biometric reports and communicate their findings to appointed stakeholders
  • Maintaining continuous knowledge of biometric technologies, capabilities, and databases
  • Continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Completing all training requirements and fulfilling all self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks and serving on safety committees and teams
  • Consistently provide services that meet customer expectations
  • Conforming to the Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts
  • Reading and understanding his/her Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities
  • Reading, understanding and implementing the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job
