If you’re outgoing, reliable, and great with kids, this is your chance to be part of the moments families remember most. You’ll help create a fun, engaging, and smooth party experience from start to finish. You’re not just helping—you’re setting the tone. If you bring the energy, the whole party feels it.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with kids and keeping their attention
• Positive, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed
• Team player who takes direction well
• Able to stay upbeat in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic (but fun!) environment
• No teaching experience needed—just great energy, strong people skills, and a willingness to make kids’ days awesome.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with kids (babysitting, camps, coaching, etc.) is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Help set up and reset the party space
• Support hands-on LEGO® building activities
• Keep kids engaged, excited, and on track during the party
• Assist the Lead Instructor with games, transitions, and flow
• Interact with parents and guests in a friendly, professional way
• Help keep the space clean, organized, and running smoothly
