This is a dynamic, high-responsibility leadership role where you will be fully responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bistro, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and quality food. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering.
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll software.
  • Experience with menu planning and development.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Development: Oversee the daily operations by managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Quality Control & Service Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards. Utilize your strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation to maintain excellence.
  • Operational Management: Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the bistro is well-stocked and prepared for busy periods. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience and that the bistro runs smoothly and efficiently. Your excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for ensuring top-tier customer service.
  • Flexibility & Stamina: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and maintain physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
