Overview: We are looking for a sharp, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst to join our growing BizOps team. In this role, you’ll help redesign how Passport works. You’ll be responsible for identifying pain points, rethinking workflows, and building smarter, more scalable systems – all to improve how we work and how we support our customers. That might mean eliminating a manual process, implementing a new tool, or identifying use cases for an AI agent. You’ll be as comfortable mapping out processes as you are prototyping, and you’ll be obsessed with delivering real outcomes (faster cycles, fewer errors, lower cost, and better visibility). This is a great fit for someone early in their career who brings strong judgment, follows through, and finds energy in solving sometimes unglamorous but important problems. You’ll have real ownership over your work—but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values learning, supports each other, and shares a deep curiosity about how we can work smarter.
