Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of blending/mixing/batching experience
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • General math
  • Drug Screen and Background required

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages
  • Monitor and observe process to ensure the flow of process is not interrupted
  • Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications
  • Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications
  • Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
  • Responsible for moving materials to staging areas
  • Assist other departments as needed; cross-training provided
