Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of blending/mixing/batching experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- General math
- Drug Screen and Background required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages
- Monitor and observe process to ensure the flow of process is not interrupted
- Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications
- Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications
- Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
- Responsible for moving materials to staging areas
- Assist other departments as needed; cross-training provided
