About The Position

Supports production needs by setting up, adjusting, cleaning and operating blow mold equipment. Daily tasks include weight checks, weight adjustments, tooling changes, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Meet daily production goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains clean work area and equipment.
  • Checks bottles for proper weights and performs and records hourly weight checks.
  • Monitors the Alpine: clears jams and notifies material handler in bottle room when alpine becomes full.
  • Operate bailer and make bails when bailer is full.
  • Communicates with the lead person or supervisor when issues arise.
  • Assist Maintenance when equipment is down beyond operator scope.
  • Follows all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Fills out proper documentation required by management.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
