Blow Mold Operator (1st Shift/FT) - Hattiesburg, MS

In this role, you’ll operate and care for our extrusion blow molding equipment to ensure we’re producing safe, high‑quality containers. Requirements
- Is 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Can read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Is comfortable using basic computer applications
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Has a bit of mechanical aptitude and isn’t afraid to get hands‑on
- Can lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Stays calm under pressure and knows how to prioritize
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Ideally has 1 year of blow molding experience (PET knowledge is a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Running blow molding machines and supporting equipment with safety and quality in mind
- Performing mold, insert, and color changes based on production needs
- Making process tweaks to improve efficiency and reduce scrap
- Checking product quality and making adjustments as needed
- Supporting maintenance with basic repairs and preventative tasks
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S standards
- Communicating with teammates across shifts to keep production flowing
- Completing documentation accurately and on time
