About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • Eligible for (or willing to obtain) North Carolina licensure (LABA)
  • Understanding of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
  • Ability to implement and support behavior intervention plans
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Professional, organized, and clinically detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pediatric ABA services preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and ongoing feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support treatment integrity
  • Assist in conducting descriptive assessments and developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Deliver direct, hands-on ABA therapy to pediatric clients
  • Monitor, graph, and interpret clinical data to evaluate client progress
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervising BCBA to implement and adjust treatment plans
  • Support consistent, ethical, and effective ABA programming
