Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform
