About The Position

At Alora Behavioral Health, growth has always been intentional. We've built an organization that blends stability with a strong sense of community, where clinical excellence, thoughtful leadership, and meaningful relationships are at the center of everything we do. We celebrate milestone moments, support one another, and create space for BCBAs to do their best work while building lasting, sustainable careers. We offer the best of both worlds: the resources of a well-established organization paired with the warmth and collaboration of a close-knit clinical team. Since our founding, we've grown thoughtfully and with purpose-prioritizing clinical integrity, strong leadership, and a culture rooted in trust and respect. At Alora, BCBAs are supported, heard, and encouraged to grow long-term. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload. This position is structured with a 6 billable hour per day expectation, intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making-without excessive productivity pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values ethical practice, clear expectations, and long-term career sustainability. BCBAs choose Alora because we align with how they want to practice-ethically, thoughtfully, and sustainably. Our BCBAs aren't just filling a role-they're shaping care, supporting families, and growing alongside a team that values both clinical excellence and personal well-being. Our clinical model prioritizes ethical care, meaningful outcomes, and clinician well-being. Productivity expectations are intentionally designed to reduce burnout and support quality care, allowing BCBAs to focus on effective treatment, supervision, and professional growth.
