A full caseload is considered to be approximately 100 scheduled hours per in-home clinician and approximately 200 scheduled hours for an EIBI clinician. The number of clients depends on the severity of the case and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The ability to lead and manage staff, provide clinical oversight and supervision, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. Behavior Analysts are expected to hit their 21 billable hours weekly and work 40 hours a week. They will also ensure that all staff on their team are billing at their expected requirement. For clinicians, any billing over the 21 expected billable hours will be paid on the current incentive scale. #hotjob
