Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Michigan state licensure
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
Early childhood development expertise

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
Work across home, school, and community settings
Facilitate skills-based group sessions to support social, behavioral, and functional development
