About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support growth in the greater Charlotte, NC market. Services will initially begin in clients’ homes in the South Concord area as we build toward opening a dedicated clinic location. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is excited by the chance to help establish services in a new market, build strong client relationships from the ground up, and play a meaningful role in the growth of a future clinic. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in an expanding region. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus bonus potential tied to direct therapy enrollment growth. Schedule: Monday – Friday Services may occasionally be provided on Saturdays based on client needs Location: Greater Charlotte, NC market Services will initially be provided in clients’ homes in the South Concord area Future clinic opening planned once client volume is established Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 base salary Bonus potential based on the number of clients enrolled in direct therapy (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Eligible for North Carolina licensure
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
  • Previous BCBA experience required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable providing services in clients’ homes during the market launch phase
  • Ability to work independently while helping build services in a new area
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor client progress and make data-based programming adjustments
  • Partner with families to support carryover and progress
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Support growth in a developing market and help establish a strong clinical foundation in the area
