About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sewer position creates boat and seat covers using industrial sewing machines for fiberglass and aluminum boat production using specified patterns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sews boat and seat covers for production line. Sews boat and seat covers for After-Market Parts. Prepares and inspects materials. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to sew efficiently
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to work in team setting or independently
• Ability to understand processes and instructions
• Ability to read tape measurements
• Ability to read and follow standard operations processes
• Ability to cross train
• Ability to wear all required PPE
