Job Summary: Boat Detailers will report to the Service Manager and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Detail Department. In this position, you will be part of a team that specializes in the detailing of most makes and models of boats. As a boat detailer at Goodhue Boat Company, you will ensure our customers receive an impeccably detailed boat - inside and out.
Requirements
- Willing to train the right candidate with no previous experience.

- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder.

Nice To Haves
- Previous auto detailing experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean boats according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors.
- Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of boats.
- Keeping a clean and organized work area.
- Other duties as needed.
