Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, to effectively work with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrates commitment in the sales department and can step into the F&I process seamlessly
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Exhibit strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Structure finance transactions and facilitate warranty/insurance quotes
• Provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, warranties and offer manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers
• Process credit application and secure financing for customer
• Coordinate delivery date with parts and service department to ensure a smooth transaction for customers
• Ensure compliance in the finance deals and associated paperwork
