About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced and passionate Body Shop Technician to join our team at a paint body shop specializing in trucks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion to work with his or her hands, make the customer smile, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to deliver top-notch truck painting and body repair services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive painting and body repair, particularly with trucks.
• The ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong technical skills in painting, sanding, buffing, and other body shop procedures and/or the willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices in automotive body repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform truck painting and body repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in completing workflow and ensuring efficient operations in his or her area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
