We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Auto Body Disassembly Technician to join our team. If you like working with your hands, taking things apart the right way, and being a key part of a fast-moving collision shop—this is a great opportunity. This role is critical to our process. A strong disassembly tech helps us write better estimates, avoid missed damage, and keep repairs moving efficiently. The Automotive Body Technician will be responsible for:

Requirements

5 years body shop experience strongly preferred (not required)
Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
Good work ethic and reliability
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive tasks; manual dexterity
Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception
Lifting with/without assistance
