Requirements
- Proven experience as an auto body technician
- Ability to complete high-quality repairs efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform collision and body repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Repair or replace damaged parts, including panels, fenders, bumpers, and frames
- Use industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Work with estimators and team members to complete repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
