About The Position

About the Role: Responsible for accurately completing all new lease files across all business channels, including CBLF acquisitions and forbearance files. Duties include UCC and fixture filing completion, data verification, ACH and APS payment setup, insurance entry, scanning, indexing, and ensuring all documentation meets company and regulatory standards. Reviews incoming information for completeness and accuracy and follows up with external partners to obtain any missing items. Accurately book all new contract files from all business channels, including CBLF-acquired contracts, ensuring all funding data is complete and entered correctly. Review new files and support documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and documentation standards. Process APS payments and enter insurance information promptly and accurately while maintaining a highly efficient workflow. Complete all UCC and fixture filings in accordance with government regulations and company policies. Respond to time‑sensitive UCC inquiries and provide any required follow-up to protect FinPac’s interest in financed equipment. Utilize company systems effectively to manage booking responsibilities and support high-quality outcomes for internal and external customers. Complete all mandatory and job-specific training. Identify and promptly escalate any compliance concerns for review, investigation, and resolution. Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, vendors, brokers, and internal teams to support strong cross‑departmental relationships. Maintain predictable and reliable attendance. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the corporate culture in all actions and words. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, Vocational Training, or equivalent required
  • Ability to review financial documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple interruptions while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field preferred
  • 1 year of office and customer service experience within a dynamic, fast-paced, service minded organization preferred
