Requirements

Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues.
High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Handle payroll processing and maintain compliance with all relevant laws.
Manage both accounts receivable and payable, including billing and collections.
Reconcile bank accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation during reviews.
Uphold company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.
Pitch in on special projects and support the finance team as needed.
