Requirements

  • Active NCCCO crane certification
  • 1+ years’ experience operating heavy equipment (cranes preferred)
  • Valid CDL (Class A preferred)
  • Minimum age 21
  • Ability to meet and maintain all CDL and DOT requirements
  • Experience with boom trucks or cranes (National, Hiab, Palfinger)
  • Knowledge of rigging, cargo securement, and material handling
  • Prior construction, industrial, or building materials delivery experience preferred
  • DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic warehouse experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to use basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

  • Operate a boom truck to safely deliver materials to job sites
  • Transport materials while following all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Plan routes for timely and efficient delivery
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries
  • Pick up customer returns and confirm product accuracy
  • Conduct daily pre‑trip and post-trip inspections and report issues
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
  • Assist in the warehouse with order pulling, stocking, and receiving as needed
  • Work overtime as required
  • Secure loads properly to prevent movement or damage
