Requirements

Active NCCCO crane certification
1+ years’ experience operating heavy equipment (cranes preferred)
Valid CDL (Class A preferred)
Minimum age 21
Ability to meet and maintain all CDL and DOT requirements
Experience with boom trucks or cranes (National, Hiab, Palfinger)
Knowledge of rigging, cargo securement, and material handling
Prior construction, industrial, or building materials delivery experience preferred
DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic warehouse experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to use basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

Operate a boom truck to safely deliver materials to job sites
Transport materials while following all federal, state, and local regulations
Plan routes for timely and efficient delivery
Assist with loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries
Pick up customer returns and confirm product accuracy
Conduct daily pre‑trip and post-trip inspections and report issues
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Assist in the warehouse with order pulling, stocking, and receiving as needed
Work overtime as required
Secure loads properly to prevent movement or damage
