Helps administer all aspects of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) Community-based Perinatal Health Initiative (COPHI) grant that funds the Bootheel Perinatal Network (BPN). BPN’s purpose is to integrate clinical-community integrated care coordination into perinatal systems of care in the Missouri Bootheel. The Project Coordinator must be flexible and adaptable, assisting with workgroup meetings, project implementation and other duties that may arise out of the project’s cooperative agreement with HRSA, This individual helps ensure data collection measures are in place and project requirements are met, participating in all HRSA-required activities, outreach, calls, meetings, and serving as a key contact to OASH grant officials.
