About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bottling Processing Operator to assist in the production of the liquid components for all bottling and bulk operations. This role is critical in ensuring controlled gauging, inventory accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication within the processing department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working in a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics, analytics, and inventory counting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Detail and outcome orientated with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Reliable transportation to the assigned workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assignments to ensure on-time production and/or delivery.
  • Complete multiple assignments in the most efficient manner.
  • Load and unload liquid shipments from bulk tankers and totes.
  • Dump/handle barrels up to 500 pounds as required and fill out all required gauging.
  • Follow and suggest improvements in batching process.
  • Prepare filters for various products – including loading filters and adding additives as necessary.
  • Initiate and complete dump and batching records following TTB-approved formulas and quality specifications.
  • Use lab equipment in a matter to determine proof, NTU, and color as necessary.
  • Hook and unhook hoses to Bottling line as required to ensure correct product is delivered.
  • Adherent to quality standards per BOM and TTB regulations.
  • Maintain high morale and positive relationships.
  • Maintain safe work practices and good housekeeping procedures.
  • Maintain machines and/or equipment keeping in good repair.
  • Recommend changes or improvement in methods, equipment, handling, or lay-out.
  • Responsible for accuracy of required reports and record-keeping.  Input data into the ERP systems.
  • Assist with the physical inventory of tanks and bottling materials.
  • Follows all Company, EPA, and Safety regulations and policies
  • Ensure commitment to the company’s ISO program, including maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
