About The Position
If you're the kind of person who notices when something is one millimeter off and can't unsee it-this might be your lane. EMS Solutions in Ogden, Utah is looking for a Production Assembler who enjoys hands-on work, follows processes like a pro, and takes pride in building things the right way the first time . No cape required-just good focus and solid work ethic. Once you're in, we'll train you on EMS procedures covering quality, safety, ESD, inspection, product handling, and assembly processes. Translation: we don't throw you in and hope for the best-we show you how to win.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide-no calculus, promise)
- Detail-oriented to the core (you actually like checking your work)
- Self-directed and able to stay on task with minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Takes pride in clean, organized, accurate work
Nice To Haves
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assemble circuit boards and electronic components into customer enclosures
- Inspect your work before it moves to the next station (quality matters here)
- Follow general manufacturing processes and job-specific instructions
- Pitch in where needed-teamwork is part of the job
