Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy BPM solution using Appian. • Analyze business requirement and translate them into process models, workflow, and automation solutions. • Build and optimize Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations. • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operations costs. • Collaborate with Leads, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality BPO solutions. • Integrate Appian with external systems, API, databases, and enterprise applications. • Ensure best practice in Appian design, performance optimizations, and security. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Apian application and process issues. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team. • Documents technical designs, workflow, and solution architecture. Required Skills: • Serve as the BPM expert in the tool (Appian) setup/configuration/design, process and workflow usage, enterprise development, standards and best practices usage, training and delivery • Analyze and support system requirements and functional specification to make design decisions, including independent judgment on any changes, enhancements, resolutions to roadblocks and identified defects • Deliver and recommend BPM solutions that adopt the enterprise BPM and SOA architectures, patterns, policies and standards, guidelines and principles, procedures, and methodology, while working closely with the Architects to define/refine as BPM maturity progresses • Build BPM reference implementations and integrations with other patterns, components and systems while working with the Solution Architects and other Technical Leads
