Requirements

  • This role requires flexibility for evening shifts during busy seasons.
  • Regular Hours of Operation (EST): Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Tuesday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday – Sunday: Closed
  • Peak Seasons: January–March | July–August | October

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver clear, accurate information and solve problems efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders who want to see you succeed
