About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or sales support experience (warehouse experience a plus)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers and responding to phone and email inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling customer orders
• Maintain an organized, well-merchandised showroom
• Assist with troubleshooting product questions and resolving customer concerns
• Take on a variety of responsibilities to support overall branch success
