About The Position

Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Branch Experience Manager for our Westside Branch. As Solarity's Branch Experience Manager, you lead a sales‑minded team that delivers member‑obsessed experiences at every touchpoint, driving growth, loyalty, and satisfaction for our target members. Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in: effective communication and relationship building, leading and building interpersonal relationships, organization and prioritization of complex tasks, and analyzing and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial institution operations.
  • Have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • Have experience working in an environment focused on rapid growth and quick change.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Have a degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish (a big plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily huddles with your team and serve as a role model by championing, coaching, and holding staff accountable to the Four Measures of Member Obsession.
  • Ensure staff accurately serve members by using core banking and other workflow systems to maintain complete and reliable records.
  • Plan and direct branch operations to successfully pass all audits and performance reviews while aligning with the organization's strategic plan.
  • Write, edit, and communicate all procedures related to the physical branch location.
  • Meet regularly with branch staff to coach performance, discuss career aspirations, and identify development opportunities that prepare them for their next role.
  • Drive branch growth through a consultative sales approach that meets the needs of both members and the community and meets or exceeds all sales goals.
  • Recognize outstanding performance by submitting Solarian Salutes for team members who go above and beyond for members by viewing every transaction through a member‑obsession lens.
