About the position

We're looking for a sales-focused leader ready to dominate the Denver market. In this high-energy role, you'll lead both internal sales growth through the route team and external market expansion through the outside sales team. You'll be the one setting the pace, driving accountability, and making sure every opportunity, from upselling an existing customer to winning a major new account, is captured. Our growth depends on two things: increasing spending with current accounts by identifying needs, offering solutions, and maximizing every route stop; and accelerating new account acquisition with targeted, high impact outside sales activity. As Branch Sales Growth Leader, you'll create the strategy, coach the execution, and celebrate the wins that fuel both.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the route sales team to identify up-selling opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
  • Drive outside sales performance by coaching, prospecting, and improving closing rates.
  • Develop branch-wide sales campaigns aligning internal and external teams.
  • Partner with operations to ensure service excellence supports sales promises.
  • Monitor KPIs and keep a visible scoreboard for team accountability.
  • Recognize and celebrate wins to keep energy high and competition healthy.
  • Represent the branch at customer and community events.
