Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred-or bring your relevant experience!
  • 4+ years in financial services or customer service, with at least 1 year leading a team.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proven ability to hit goals and drive results.
  • Familiarity with credit union products, services, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to maximize performance, support career growth, and achieve organizational goals. Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
  • Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Set and uphold high standards of member service, guiding the team to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Manage branch cash flow, including vault operations and ATM replenishment, to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop strategies to increase member satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Drive branch performance in key areas, including member acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling.
  • Conduct periodic audits and operational reviews to maintain integrity, compliance, and security.
  • Protect confidential member information and maintain the highest standards of security.
