Your Mission as a Branch Manager: Think of yourself as the captain of the ship—you’ll lead your branch like a pro, keep your crew running smoothly, and steer the team toward success! From team development and customer satisfaction to driving operational excellence and crushing performance goals, you’ll own it all. This is a hands-on leadership role with big impact. You’ll inspire a team, oversee field ops, drive quality service, and keep everything buzzing with efficiency (minus the pests, of course).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience (bonus if in pest control)
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (residential experience = major plus!)
  • Strong communication and people development skills
  • A clean driving record (must be 21+)
  • Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug Screen
  • Ability to earn and maintain state-required licenses (7a and 7b license)
  • Experience using data to drive smarter, leaner operations
  • Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of pest control tools, techniques & compliance

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and grow a high-performing team
  • Monitor routes, optimize schedules, and keep operations tight
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, and fleet management
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and hustle
  • Track metrics, analyze reports, and spot coaching opportunities
  • Ensure top-tier customer experiences and handle escalations
  • Drive local sales momentum and support door-to-door teams
  • Lead field assessments, support licensing, and develop future leaders
  • Stay on top of NPS feedback, connect with customers, and improve service delivery
  • Roll out process improvements with enthusiasm and vision
