A seasoned leader with 5+ years in construction, operations, or project management

Nice To Haves

A GC license holder (a huge plus) with confidence in permits, inspections, and compliance

Responsibilities

Field Operations Leadership: Lead the day-to-day execution of roofing projects across your district. Ensure safety, quality, and speed in every build.
Team Development: Coach and mentor Project Leads and Operations Admins to become elite performers. Build accountability, hustle, and pride into the culture.
Project Oversight: Own licensure, permitting, and compliance across your market. Make data-driven decisions to keep every site running on time and on budget.
Strategic Execution: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Subcontractor Relationships: Source, develop, and maintain top-tier crews who reflect Premier’s quality standards.
